Epiphany’s goal is to shift the entire water purification industry from a model that relies on expensive, centralized purification and desalination plants with extensive infrastructure needs, a high cost delivery, and which attempts to purify water far from the source of the need – to one that relies on a much less expensive, decentralized technology solution that requires no infrastructure and provides clean water at the point of use, creating a business with a distributed architecture.
We did not set out to solve the world’s water problem by chance. We have chosen this monumental task precisely because the impending water crisis is among the most pressing technical and social issues of our time, and we have chosen to focus our technical and business expertise on finding a universal and lasting solution to that problem. It is through the combination of hard work, determination, and good fortune that we have successfully arrived at a technological solution and a corresponding business model to deploy our technology rapidly and profitably to customers everywhere.
